Leadership skills practice

I started thinking about playing cashflow 101 by Robert Kyiosaki. This review about it is very informative, actually (WHAT WE LEARNED PLAYING ROBERT KIYOSAKI’S CASHFLOW BOARD GAME, by a FIRE group). But it is presential and requires a game master, not well suited for online and geographically dispersed students. There's online multiplayer as well, need to dig. i found this goventure world that seems interesting and free but am not sure it won't be a time drain only. It is a massive multiplayer system. After googling some more keyword variations (business games or similar) I started seeing more and more of the multiplayer environment hits and the penny dropped, how about a case study on hbr or similar. Sure enough... straight back from 2008: Leadership’s Online Labs. And the hbr team has gone beyond that in that they do have a simulation resources page.
